One More Day CFS, Inc.  is a leading agency providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment to help children with autism and other special needs to reach their full potential. Our expert team of Board    Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and highly trained behavior instructors use state-of-the-art ABA methods to teach children social, communication, play, cognitive, and self-care skills, while reducing problem behaviors. We are seeking energetic and career-minded individuals to join our team. One More Day CFS, Inc. will provide all the training needed for behavior instructors to be able to make a positive difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorders. 
Availability: Part-time or full time; afternoon and weekend availability is especially needed

  • 2 years of experience working with children/adolescents with autism (preferably high functioning or Asperger’s)
  • Experience with social facilitation, group play, naturalistic teaching strategies, and parent training
  • Desired Characteristics; high energy, athletic, creative
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology/related field
  • Preferred: MFT Intern and/or counseling background with CBT training
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Ability to provide negative TB test results
  • Ability to clear FBI and DOJ fingerprinting

It serves as the face of  the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business. It is the Marketing Department’s job to reach out to prospects, customers, investors and/or the community, while creating an overarching image that represents the company in a positive light.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
  • Proven marketing campaign experience.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

MHTA-Mental Health Therapy aide

Mental Health Therapy Aides assist patients working toward recovery.  Accompanying patients to treatment, social and recreational activities. Teaching patients daily life skills like cooking, grooming or doing laundry. Writing notes describing patient activities and their progress toward recovery goals.
Qualifications:
  • It will be very basic assistance.
  • HS Diploma required.
  • Willing to undergo training
